David Cameron on the campaign trail

David Cameron has been out and about campaigning ahead of local elections and the 5 May AV voting system referendum.

Visiting a car factory in Luton, the prime minister told workers he would try to reduce the large number of people on incapacity benefits to reduce the burden on the taxpayer.

And speaking to the BBC's political editor Nick Robinson, Mr Cameron said the coalition must remain strong despite the differences of opinion on the AV issue.
