Simon Hughes accuses No to AV campaign of untruths
Simon Hughes, the Deputy Leader of the Liberal Democrats, has accused the No to AV campaign of inventing facts.
Speaking on The Andrew Marr show he said that if the electoral commission were to look into the matter it could find evidence to suggest they had been dishonest.
When asked how he could continue in the coalition with people he had effectively described as liars, Hughes said they were civilised individuals with plenty of work to do and they would do it.
