Lucas: AV 'significant improvement' on current system

Green Party leader Caroline Lucas says the Alternative Vote (AV) system is not the best option but it is a "significant improvement" on the current first-past-the-post system.

Former deputy prime minister Michael Heseltine does not back the proposed change and reacts to comments from Lib Dem MP Tim Farron about the Tories practising "organised wickedness" under Margaret Thatcher.
