PM: Access to university is 'about the ability to learn' not pay
Prime Minister David Cameron has said "university access is about the ability to learn not the ability to pay".
In an interview with the BBC, the prime minister fought back at accusations that the government was considering allowing wealthy students to pay for extra university places.
He told political editor Nick Robinson: "That is not going to happen. That is not our policy."
