Cameron 'tore up' Clarke's sentencing plans says Miliband
David Cameron and Ed Miliband have clashed over government plans to change prison sentencing in England and Wales.
When asked by Mr Miliband if he had "torn up the Justice Secretary's policy on sentencing", the prime minister said the government was consulting on the plans, which had received "widespread support".
