Vince Cable on Archbishop of Canterbury: 'We welcome debate'
Business Secretary Vince Cable says the Archbishop of Canterbury's criticism of the coalition's policies is "not a problem".
Dr Rowan Williams has warned that the government is committing Britain to "radical, long-term policies for which no-one voted".
Writing in the New Statesman magazine, which he guest edited, he raised concerns about the coalition's health, education and welfare reforms.
Vince Cable said "the archbishop has long been an articulate social critic and we welcome debate with him".
