Chris Grayling launches Work Programme for 1m jobs

Employment Minister Chris Grayling launched the government's Work Programme scheme as ministers hope to get one million people off benefits and into work over two years.

He said there had been improvements in the job market in Scotland and Wales, as critics claimed the scheme might not succeed outside prosperous south east of England.
