NHS: Cameron announces revised health plans for England
David Cameron explained the government's revised plans for the NHS in England would give more control to patients, more powers to doctors and nurses and less bureaucracy.
He explained how he had "pressed paused" on the plans to make they were "absolutely right" and dismissed claims of a humiliating u-turn and a PR exercise.
The changes came after an independent review criticised many of its key proposals.
