MoD could face cuts to front-line services, says Hutton
Lord Hutton has welcomed the changes outlined by the Defence Secretary Liam Fox to the Ministry of Defence, but warned they did not go far enough.
Dr Fox will publish the findings of a report by Lord Levene, the chairman of Lloyd's of London, into the structure of the MoD which could lead to the biggest shake-up for a generation.
Lord Hutton told the BBC he feared the changes may not be enough to prevent cuts to front-line services.
