Burglars: Police minister Nick Herbert on Clarke stabbing comments

Nick Herbert was asked who can stab a burglar after Justice Secretary Ken Clarke said a householder who knifed a burglar would not have committed a criminal offence under plans to clarify the law on self-defence in England.

Andrew Neil asked the policing minister about who could stab people they find in their homes.
