Pub smoking ban needs review says John Hemming MP
John Hemming explained why a cross-party group of MPs want the government to review the complete ban on smoking in pubs and clubs.
The Lib Dem, who voted for the ban, now wants some inside ventilated areas to get rid of "ramshackle" heated outside smoking areas, but still not allow smoking near the bar.
Labour MP Hilary Benn who voted for the ban, and Conservative MP Nick Herbert who voted against, thought it unlikely there would be any change on the restrictions.
