Dilnot Report reaction: Matthew Hancock and Norman Lamb

A Liberal Democrat MP claimed "too many people don't get the care they need", as the Dilnot Report said social care costs in England should be capped so people do not face losing large chunks of their assets.

Norman Lamb debated what action was likely to be taken with Conservative MP Matthew Hancock, who claimed previous reviews "had taken a decade to get nowhere".

Former Tory MP Gyles Brandreth also offered his view.
