Clegg defends PM's position over phone-hacking row
The Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, has defended the position of the prime minister as the phone hacking row escalates.
When asked whether Prime Minister David Cameron should resign after hiring former News of the World editor Andy Coulson as his director of communications, Mr Clegg replied "absolutely not... I don't think this is about the prime minister's position".
