Riots: David Cameron addresses Parliament
The prime minister has addressed MPs after recalling Parliament for the day in the wake of looting and violence in English cities.
David Cameron told MPs the riots in cities across England were "criminality pure and simple", but there were far too few police on the streets.
He also praised the bravery of the police and announced a series of measures to help people and businesses affected.
