PMQs: Bombardier Derby questions for David Cameron
The prime minister was asked to create more civil service jobs in Derbyshire following job cuts in the area and concerns over the future of train maker Bombardier.
Conservative MP Pauline Latham suggested a site in her constituency to host workers.
Labour MP Chris Williamson MP claimed the UK train industry was "hanging by a thread" and called for a meeting with the PM to keep the firm in Britain.
David Cameron told the House of Commons there was a "new opportunity" for jobs for the train maker, which has been "so badly let down by the last government."
