David Cameron talks ahead of United Nations address

David Cameron will make his first speech to the United Nations later on Thursday.

The Prime Minister is expected to say that the Arab Spring uprisings across North Africa are a 'massive opportunity' to spread peace, security and democracy.

Speaking ahead of his UN address, Mr Cameron spoke about the global economy and said every country needs to face up to their debts to get growth moving.
