Conservative conference: Justine Greening on 'credit easing'

Treasury minister Justine Greening explained the "credit easing" plan announced by George Osborne in his speech to the Conservative Party conference in Manchester.

She told Andrew Neil the plans would not add to government debt, before political editor Nick Robinson offered his thoughts.
