Redwood and Rifkind debate merits of EU referendum

The government has confirmed that it will force Conservative MPs to vote against a motion on Monday, signed by about seventy backbenchers, that calls for a referendum on Britain's membership of the EU.

Former Conservative cabinet minister John Redwood and former Foreign Secretary Sir Malcolm Rifkind debate the decision on the BBC's Politics Show.
