Lord Taylor of Warwick: 'I can't change the past'

Conservative peer, Lord Taylor of Warwick who was jailed over his expenses claims, has told the BBC's Jeremy Vine that he would like to make amends, but stressed that in the past the expenses rules in the House of Lords were "vague".

Lord Taylor was jailed for 12 months for fraudulently claiming more than £11,000 in taxpayers' money, and freed from prison on licence in September. He currently wears an electronic tag.

He was interviewed on the Jeremy Vine Show, which is broadcast weekdays at 12:00 GMT on BBC Radio 2.
