Jailed expenses peer says he has been through hell
A former Conservative peer who was convicted of false accounting after claiming more than £13,000 in expenses, has told Radio 5 live he did not think he was doing anything wrong at the time.
Lord Hanningfield was sent to prison for nine months and has served a quarter of that sentence.
In his first broadcast interview since being released, Lord Hanningfield told Victoria Derbyshire about his time in prison.
