Boris Johnson: City 'unchanged' after veto

The Conservative Mayor of London Boris Johnson has said the financial sector in the City of London is "unchanged" following David Cameron's veto of an EU-wide treaty.

He told the BBC's Andrew Marr that backing the treaty would have led to a form of fiscal union which he called "undemocratic".
