Scotland will decide independence vote date says Sturgeon

The future of Scotland should be decided by the Scottish people, and the referendum date picked by the Holyrood government, says deputy first minister Nicola Sturgeon, who spoke of a "constructive" relationship with Westminster.

She was asked by Jo Coburn why Westminster and voters across Britain should not have a bigger say in the possible break-up of the UK.
