Miliband: Workers should prepare for pay cuts
Labour Leader Ed Miliband has told the BBC that public sector workers should be prepared to take cuts in their own pay, if needed to save their jobs.
That goes further than his weekend decision to support the government's public sector pay cap which has provoked an angry response from Labour's biggest union donor.
The head of Unite says backing the coalition policy will lead to "certain election defeat".
The BBC's Nick Robinson reports.
