Opik suggests Clegg should stand down from leadership

The former Lib Dem MP Lembit Opik published a book on Monday outlining his plans for the future of the party.

In it he suggests a timeline for Nick Clegg to step down as leader of the party.

Mr Opik told BBC Radio 5 live's Morning Reports that the party needs to find its direction.
