Clegg: 'Rich must carry their fair share of the burden"
The Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, has told the Liberal Democrats that they are no longer a party of protest but a party of government.
Delivering his keynote speech at the annual conference, Mr Clegg said his party had faced tough decisions, and had not been found wanting.
He warned that the country still faced big challenges, but said the richest should carry their fair share of the burden.
