Miliband: 'End casino banking or we will break you up'

The Labour leader has been setting out plans for a new vocational qualification for 18-year-olds in England, during his speech to the Labour Party Conference in Manchester.

Ed Miliband said his party would sort out the banks once and for all, saying they should serve the country, not the country serve its banks.

Mr Miliband called for an end to High Street banks being an arm of a casino operation.
