Autumn Statement: George Osborne scraps 3p fuel duty rise

Chancellor George Osborne has scrapped a planned rise 3p rise in fuel duty as part of his Autumn Statement.

He had been expected to delay the increase until April.

However, speaking to MPs, he said: "I suggest we cancel it altogether"
