David Cameron: 'Stability and security challenges' in Libya.
The UK Prime Minister, David Cameron, has said that there needs to be a greater emphasis on training police and disbanding militias in Libya.
On a visit to the country, Mr Cameron said that this was happening but that it would be a long and painful road to a stable, genuine and secure democracy in the country.
He spoke to the BBC's Political Editor Nick Robinson.
