Local elections 2013: Voters consider funding squeeze
On 2 May voters in parts of England and Wales will decide who they want to represent them on their local councils.
Elections will be held in 34 local authorities and come at a time when many councils are struggling to keep services funded.
Some are resorting to creative ways to balance the books and maintain local services.
