Labour 'would not reverse cuts to child benefit'

A future Labour government would not reverse the cuts to child benefit made by the Coalition, the BBC has learned.

Ed Miliband is expected to say on Thursday as part of his party's manifesto that he is in favour of introducing a cap on the amount that a future Labour government would spend on benefits.
