Spending review: Energy and transport to get share of £100bn
Energy and transport will be the focus, as the government reveals later how 100 billion pounds will be spent on new infrastructure.
Major projects to build roads, homes and power stations are expected to be announced.
The Chancellor said the new infrastructure projects would help raise Britain's "national game" but Labour says investment is needed much sooner than planned.
