How Green Party runs Brighton and Hove City Council

The Green Party of England and Wales is holding its annual conference in the city where it has minority control of the council and the country's only Green MP.

Greens says they are not like other politicians, with no whipping of councillors, which has led to some rather public falling out on Brighton and Hove City Council.

Giles Dilnot looks into some of the council's policies with the help of some mangoes and melons.
