Labour's energy freeze bid: Will the lights go out?
Labour leader Ed Miliband has vowed to freeze gas and electricity bills for every home and business in the UK for 20 months if his party wins the 2015 election.
The energy regulator has warned that spare electricity capacity could fall to 2% by 2015, so whilst a price freeze seems attractive, is this really a viable option?
