Help to Buy will unlock housing market, says Cameron

The latest phase of the government's controversial Help to Buy scheme has been launched aimed at helping people to get a mortgage with a 15% deposit.

The government will then pledge to underwrite a further 15% but critics fear the scheme will cause house prices to shoot up.

The Prime Minister David Cameron said it would help to unlock the housing market.
