Poundland work scheme ruling: Government 'punishing jobseekers'
A woman who challenged the government's "back to work" schemes in court has said she is "pleased and proud" that an appeal over a ruling that the schemes were legally flawed has been rejected.
Ministers failed in a bid to overturn an earlier ruling that regulations underpinning the schemes were invalid.
Cait Reilly said the ruling showed that "what the government has been doing is punishing jobseekers, instead of trying to help them get into employment."
