Osborne: Minimum wage rise could be 'self-defeating'

Chancellor George Osborne has warned that "self-defeating" increases to the minimum wage could "cost jobs".

The BBC's Iain Watson said there was huge speculation in Westminster about an "inflation-busting" increase in the national minimum wage.
