Fracking: Cameron says would be a mistake to ignore it

The prime minister has said if the UK ignored an opportunity to extract clean, low cost gas from shale in the UK it would be a great mistake.

David Cameron spoke during questioning by senior MPs of the Commons Liaison Committee.

He said the many myths about fracking which had come from the US, had not come to pass.
