Nick Clegg: Lord Rennard should say sorry

The leader of the Liberal Democrats, Nick Clegg, has repeated his call for the party's former chief executive Lord Rennard to apologise to women who complained that he had sexually harassed them, before he returns to the House of Lords.

Lord Rennard has insisted that he has done nothing that requires an apology.

Mr Clegg explained why he did not want Lord Rennard to rejoin the Lords until he had said sorry.
