Harman: No 'rubber stamp' on leadership

Harriet Harman has denied there would be a 'rubber stamping' of proposals to alter how the party selects its leadership.

Speaking on The Andrew Marr Show, the deputy Labour leader said the "debate will continue" over Ed Miliband's plans to reduce the influence of trade unions, MPs and MEPs in party leadership elections.
