UK floods: Pledge of £61m to fix roads and rail lines

Transport Secretary Patrick McLoughlin has outlined how the government intends to help repair the damaged transport network following Wednesday's severe storm.

Answering an urgent question in the House of Commons, Mr McLoughlin said £61m would help repair damaged roads and rail lines.
