Domestic violence report 'truly disturbing' - May
A damning report into how police forces in England and Wales deal with domestic violence has found that victims are being put at unnecessary risk.
A review by the Inspectorate of Constabulary of all 43 forces says there are "alarming and unacceptable weaknesses" in the way cases are investigated.
Home Secretary Theresa May has described the findings as deeply worrying.
