Euro Moments: Goldsmith on setting up Referendum Party

Wealthy businessman Sir James Goldsmith became a member of the European Parliament for France in 1994. In the UK he established the Referendum Party, a single-issue party campaigning for a public vote on the UK's position in Europe.
He explained to On The Record interviewer John Humphrys why he thought a referendum was necessary.
