Inside EU parliament as voting gets under way

People across Europe start going to the polls on Thursday for the European Elections.

Voting over the coming days will decide 751 members of the European Parliament; of those 73 are British - the allocation is based on population size.

In total, MEPs represent the interests of 500 million people.

The BBC's Brussels correspondent, Matthew Price, has been on a tour of the European Parliament with students from the UK.
