Douglas Alexander: Labour 'well placed' for general election
Labour is well-placed to win a "whole number" of key seats in the 2015 general election, Douglas Alexander has said following local election results.
The shadow foreign secretary added that the party must continue to fight the "cynicism and alienation" that is driving the UKIP vote.
