Queen's Speech: 'Challenge of turning our country around'

Prime Minister David Cameron has said that the Queen's Speech sets out measures to tackle the "enormity" of the challenge of "turning our country around".

The government's final legislative programme before the general election includes measures on pensions, recalling MPs and tackling modern slavery.

Labour sources said it was "staggering" that the NHS and immigration were not mentioned.
