PMQs: Redwood and Hague on English devolution call
A Tory MP claims that England needs a voice and a new deal in devolution talks to follow the Scottish independence vote.
During prime minister's questions, John Redwood asked who in the government spoke for England.
William Hague joked that his fellow Yorkshiremen were always keen to speak for a far bigger geographical area than they represented.
