Scottish independence: Nigel Farage on English voters
UKIP's leader said the package of extra powers on offer to Scottish voters was a "panic measure" from the prime minister.
Nigel Farage claimed that English voters were "frankly being ignored", but were "picking up a big bill", while there were Scottish MPs voting on English-only issues.
His comments came after Scotland voted decisively to stay in the United Kingdom.
