UKIP to promise income tax cuts

UKIP has revealed proposals for a new rate of tax. The party says it would introduce a 35% rate for "middle earners."

Members are meeting at the party's annual conference in Doncaster, with the focus on winning what it calls the "blue-collar vote" from Labour and the Conservatives.
