Tory conference: Ruth Davidson on Scottish target seats

Scotland's Tory leader declined to predict the number or names of seats her party was targeting at the 2015 general election.

Ruth Davidson said due to the "scars of 2010", when the party predicted 12 gains, she would not give a figure this time.

She spoke to Andrew Neil about future devolved powers to the Scottish government, the Barnett Formula, and the rising number of leading women in Scottish politics.
