Tory conference: Letts reviews David Cameron's week

The Conservative conference "got off to a grotty start' as the delegates gathered in Birmingham, said the sketch writer Quentin Letts.

But Boris Johnson may have raised their spirits after a defection to UKIP and a newspaper scandal on the eve of the gathering, in a look back at some of the highlights.

Mr Letts presented a sketch from the Labour week, with one to come from Lib Dem conference gathering.
